Suncoast Home Concierge was founded in 2014 with a single conviction: Sarasota’s luxury homeowners deserved a home watch partner who truly understood their lifestyle — not a security company moonlighting as a property manager.
From the beginning, we built our practice around discretion, reliability, and genuine care. Every client relationship is personal. Every property is treated as if it were our own. We hold certification from the National Home Watch Association, carry comprehensive general liability coverage and bonding, and maintain relationships with the region’s most trusted contractors — so that when something needs attention, we can respond immediately and resolve it completely.

Prior to following his dream and relocating to Sarasota, Joel spent 22 years as an executive in operations and logistics with a multinational company. He had visited Sarasota for 25 years — it was always his home away from home — before permanently taking residence on the Suncoast.
His skills in managing people and situations within timelines, combined with a passion for customer satisfaction, energy, vision, and an uncompromising commitment to integrity, shaped a business built on a discerning and refined art of personal service.
Joel also volunteered weekly for four years in the greenhouses at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and continues to pass his knowledge of southern horticulture on to his clients.
Jennifer brings proven property management expertise and a rare personal connection to Sarasota. Raised on Cape Cod, she has been visiting Siesta Key since the 1980s, when her grandparents owned a condo directly across from Siesta Key Beach — a property she owns today. She moved permanently to Sarasota in 2020 and is raising her two children here.
Her real estate career began as a licensed agent in Greater Boston, progressed to head of property management for a leading firm, and culminated in founding Washington Square Properties, LLC in Brookline, MA in 2015 — where she directly managed over 100 properties, oversaw three condominium associations, and mastered the full spectrum of owner, tenant, and vendor relations.
Jennifer’s foundation is over 30 years in ballet — as a soloist with Boston Ballet for six years, then as a choreographer, instructor, and program director — an experience that instilled exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and a commitment to showing up with consistency and care.
