We work on a 'per hour' rate sheet, however we will also offer 'per job' quotations to preferred clientele. Please contact us for further information. We're happy to discuss options with you.

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, however rates are available for off-hours and weekends.

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.
Does SUNCOAST HOME CONCIERGE SERVICES assist with rental properties, either private or via VRBO or AirBNB?
No. SUNCOAST HOME CONCIERGE SERVICES do not offer support or assistance with rental properties. Our clients are private home owners who do not rent their homes.
Does SUNCOAST HOME CONCIERGE SERVICES offer storm preparation services?
Yes, however these services are limited to our Home Watch clients. We do not offer these services to people who are not active and current Home Watch clients.
